Ralph Clem is Emeritus Professor and Senior Fellow in the Steven J. Green School of International and Public affairs at Florida International University.  His research focuses on the political and social geography of Russia and Ukraine. 

Erik Herron is the Eberly Family Distinguished Professor of Political Science at West Virginia University.  He specializes in the study of electoral systems and outcomes with a focus on countries of the former Soviet Union.

Timothy Hohenedor is a Doctoral Student in the  Natural Resources and Earth Systems Sciences Program at the University of New Hampshire.  He works on spatial data analytics and remote sensing.

Khrystyna Pelchar (M.A., History, West Virginia University and Collegium Civitas; L.L.M., Ivan Franko National University) is a Doctoral Student in Political Science at West Virginia University. Her current work focuses on the relationship between social conditions in Ukraine and how those relate to politics.
