Ralph Clem

Ph.D., Geography, Columbia University

Ralph Clem is Emeritus Professor and Senior Fellow in the Steven J. Green School of International and Public affairs at Florida International University.  His research focuses on the political and social geography of Russia and Ukraine.

Erik Herron is the Eberly Family Distinguished Professor of Political Science at West Virginia University.  He specializes in the study of electoral systems and outcomes with a focus on countries of the former Soviet Union.
